Muffetta Krueger is a driving force in the domestic service business, with over 15 years of operational management experience in the industry. As a domestic service provider and executive, she understands what clients are looking for.
She is the founder of Thorough Cleaning and Concierge (still in operation under different ownership) and the Muffetta Brand, an umbrella for both a line of natural cleaning products and a successful housekeeping service (Muffetta’s Domestic Assistants). Under Muffetta’s leadership, Muffetta’s Domestic Assistants has become a highly successful, award-winning domestic company, partnering with respected brands such as Peco Pallet and The Ateliers at the Ritz Carlton to provide top-notch housekeeping and other domestic services to prestigious clients for many years.
Drawing on her extensive domestic experience as a business owner of housekeeping service, as well as her experience as an Executive Housekeeper and Personal Assistant, Muffetta added Household Staffing in order to offer a broader array of services to her valued clients who had asked for her help with staffing on numerous occasions. Muffetta’s vast array of in-depth experience allows her unique insights into what clients look for in high-quality domestic staff. Muffetta’s top priority is to connect highly qualified candidates with her clients for a positive long-term outcome.
Muffetta holds a B.S. in Business from Fordham University. She enjoys volunteering, white water rafting, traveling, reading, running, outreach ministry and is the Children’s Ministry Administrator at her church.
Jen Lahiff - Staffing Consultant
Since founding Jen Lahiff Consulting in 2016, Jen has conducted nationwide searches for a variety of VIP domestic placements, provided personalized lifestyle management services to HNW and UHNW clients, and coached owners of independent agencies on all matters pertaining to setting up and running their businesses effectively. It is Jen’s great pleasure and honor to work with Muffetta and Muffetta’s Domestic Assistants.
Jen Lahiff draws on her extensive domestic experience as the founder and former CEO of the Belle Maison Agency in Los Angeles, as well as a decade-long prestigious career as a nanny and child development specialist, executive assistant, personal assistant, and estate manager for internationally known employers. This behind-the-scenes perspective allows Jen to intimately understand what clients seek in top-quality domestic staff, and her adherence to the highest performance and ethical standards inspires her to ensure clients are connected with candidates who exhibit the same criteria.
Jen earned her B.A. in Sociology, with minors in Developmental Psychology and Public Policy, from UCLA. She’s always seeking ways to give back to the community, volunteering her time to schools and providing mentorship to foster youth.
