Days: 5 days per week, Monday – Friday
Hours: 9:00am – 12:00pm

Pay Rate: $400 – $700 per week
A New Rochelle, NY based family with no children is seeking a part time Housekeeper/Laundress who is extremely organized and takes initiative. Must be honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and good at time keeping. Laundry including ironing/ pressing/ steaming clothing and linens are a large part of this role. All applying candidates must have laundry skills. Looking for candidates who have good communication skills including the ability to listen carefully and ask the right questions to gain clarification. This role does not require any driving or cooking. There is one dog in the home.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Clean and organize all aspects of the home
- Laundry duties, including sorting, washing, folding, and putting away clothes each day
- Iron and press clothing and linens
- Make beds, change linens as needed
- Organizing and decluttering
- Vacuum, sweep, scrub, mop, polish floors
- Vacuum clean carpets, rugs and draperies
- Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery
- Dust and polish furniture and fittings
- Dispose of trash and clean trash containers
- Wash windows on a weekly basis
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in housekeeping, and/or laundry services in a private home or family setting
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- All candidates must have high working standards including the ability to meet performance standards without supervision
- All candidates must be able to pass a background check
- Must have good communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Authorized to work in the US for any employer
