Family/Personal Assistant – Larchmont NY – Part Time – Live-Out
Job Position:
Family Assistant/Personal Assistant Part-Time
Pay Rate: $25-$30 hour.
Hours: 3:00 PM- 8:00 PM.
Days: Monday to Friday – option for some weekend time.
Family looking for a Family/Personal Assistant in a private household who is proactive, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Candidate must be able to communicate extremely well in Spanish.
- Primarily speak English and basic knowledge of French.
- Assist with housekeeping duties (work with a housekeeper to make sure home is kept up to standard).
- Household maintenance tasks
- Help with administrative activities.
- Driving services such as airport trips, shopping, activities, drop off and pick up.
- Clean the vehicle
- Run household errands.
- Organize contractors/vendors.
- Help with food preparation, serving, laying the table, and cleaning up after meals.
- Closet organization
- Light household repairs around the house sourcing vendors (inside and outside)
- Shoe cleaning.
- Pet Care.
- Assist with heavy items luggage, deliveries, etc.
- Gardening
- Must have valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Vaccinated.
